Biocomposite Prototype

Biocomposite PrototypesSample case.jpeg

Exclusive biocomposite material functions as:

  • structure
  • insulation
  • surface textures, weather proofing, colour and interior finish.
  • ductworks, upgradeable utility channels and other functional components.

Suggested for structural members such as roof and floors and other spans, this class of materials would have wide application in building construction and manufacturing by molding, forming, pressing, blowing, casting and extrusion of panels, components, insulation and other products.

Suggested use of the exclusive and unique structural/insulating material in a large prototype:

  • a partition wall system for office/residential/commercial
  • a complete building for exterior use - with walls, roof and floor using exclusively proprietary hemp composite materials in 10' x 10'.

For markets requiring simplified manufacturing, the company has tested other formulae which include fiber, clay, and common sub soil constituents, with less than 5% other binders for rapid solidification. For many buildings in a widely adaptable range of environments, this material would work very well for walls and roof parts for a house, a shop, a barn, etc., as cast, pressed, blown or cast in place elements.

The company has proposals for processing raw materials on hand and suggests designs for the potential these have. These designs match the tensile and compressive properties of cellulose fiber with other ingredients to create resistant and long lasting products. Please contact us with your requirements.
